Transparent gold
Produced using the same, traditional method mastered since 1885. It is slowly distilled in copper stills with pure raw material, such as Chios mastic, star anise, fennel seeds. It is a long procedure that requires patience, knowledge and above all love and care. This is how what we call “clear gold” is created. Once the long distillation is complete, we store the distillate in stainless steel tanks until it is bottled. The end result… 38%vol. ouzo with a sweet flavour, distinctive aroma and a light feeling. Enjoy neat or with ice and make sure to serve it with the right meze.
